Yoga Class for Patients, Survivors and Caregivers
We have bi-weekly morning and evening free yoga classes for patients, survivors and caregivers. We provide our participants a relaxing experience that is sure to alleviate some of the stress associated with a cancer diagnosis and treatment. Don't bother getting a yoga mat because we have one for you! We invite you to attend and you don't have to be a patient or associated with Carti Cancer Center.

5th Annual Community-Wide Yoga Warriors Fundraiser
Free event! Donations accepted - cash and credit cards. Please bring your own yoga mat. Children are welcomed. This is an event that will include a 45-50 minute yoga session for all levels including those with cancer or chronic illnesses. We will have raffle items for sale, door prizes and gift bags but most importantly provide value information to help enhance your mind, body and spirit. We hope to see you on April 14th! Reble Kettle/Donna Terrell’s Yoga Warriors Event
Free Event with raffle drawings, and yoga warriors items for sale. Cash, check and credit cards accepted. Donations accepted. Money raised will support 20th Century Hope Lodge which houses cancer survivors for free when they're in town for cancer treatments at any of our local Hospitals. Beer also sold with light snacks. Yoga Instructor Cassandra Benning from Floating Lotus Yoga and Spa will lead our yoga session(s). Family friendly event!

6th Annual Yoga Warriors Event at the Doubletree Hotel
Our 6th Annual Donna Terrell's Yoga Warriors Fighting Colon Cancer event will be held Saturday, April 20th 10am-12pm at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Little Rock. We will have news anchors from all of our stations coming together for this event showing a united front against colon and other cancers. Warrior Tournament
Our first annual golf tournament will be held Monday, June 3 at Maumelle Country Club. 11:30am lunch. 1PM shot gun start. Teams $500. Individuals $125. Dinner and awards following tournament. All proceeds will support The 20th Century Club Lodge to cover cost of cancer survivors in town going through treatment at various hospitals in Little Rock.

Yoga Warriors 7th Annual Community-Wide Free Event
Donna Terrell’s Yoga Warriors Fighting Colon Cancer is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Little Rock. The event will begin with a presentation and raffle sales with yoga starting around 10:20 a.m. Admission is free, and participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. You can also purchase mats for a $10 donation.

Our Yoga Warriors Event!
This year, we're hosting the 7th annual yoga event at the MacArthur Park pavilion. The event is Saturday, June 19 from 10am to 11:30am. Stacey Reynolds of Blue Yoga Nyla in North Little Rock and Sarah Thomas Pilcher of Arkansas Yoga Collective in Little Rock are our instructors.
