This event raises awareness for colon and other cancers and raises money for liquid nutrition for cancer survivors currently in treatment at CARTI. The event is FREE but donations are accepted. Tropical Smoothie will provide free smoothies for all participants after the yoga practice. $1 raffle tickets or 6 for $5 for a gift card to Cecil’s Fine Jewelry and a pizza each week for a year from Mellow Mushroom along with door prizes.  If you have a yoga mat please bring it!
